Shipping & Returns

Defects, Upgrades, Unwanted Items

For properly identification, write or print return merchandise authorization number (RMA) clearly on the return label of the shipping carton.
Once we issue an RMA number, you have 14 business days to mail your package to our facility. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. 
Include a copy of your original invoice.
Include a note explaining the reason for the return and request for a refund or exchange. 
All returned merchandise must be in its original unaltered condition complete with all original accessories, manuals and warranties cards (if originally included). We will not accept incomplete returns.
Packages must be shipped in generic shipping boxes with sufficient packing materials. If you have your original shipping boxes from us, please use them along with protective materials that came with your original shipment.
we suggest that you insure your return shipment to protect against damage or loss. HD Audio System is not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please do not use overnight or expedited shipping as these extra charges will not be covered by our return and exchange policy.
We strive to efficiently process your returns and credits. However, package transit times and various financial institutions’ refund processing time may cause delays in your return and refund. We appreciate your patience and will complete your return and refund request in a reasonably timely manner.
HD Audio will refuse to collect postage-due shipments or other shipping method that are not prepaid. 
Defective Items: Full refund without penalty, customers can decide whether or not they want to get a replacement, upgrade, or refund. When customers return defective units for replacement or upgrade, they will not be required to pay shipping fees.
Upgrades: If customers are unsatisfied with either quality or performance of their initial order, we will offer a one-time full credit up to invoice amount on a particular receipt. However, shipping cost is required on new order. Restocking fee on returned merchandise will be waived.
Refund only for non-defective items: 15% restocking fee will be applied to the return. If customer received free shipping there will be a free shipping charge back. The same policy applies for returns of merchandise that either does not meet customer’s expectations, preferences, and tastes. 
Shipping Policy: Free Shipping for orders over certain dollar amount. Actual shipping carrier is yet to be determined.
