Acoustic damping sealing glue are used to seal inorganic board and metal rubber material.There are non-corrosive, aging resistance performance, good viscosity, moisture resistance, stable performance, reliable security, -40℃～100 ℃ temperature range can be used.

Main  Uses

Sealing and filling for soundproof board gaps, wire and air conditioning and ventilation holes, to prevent air leakage noise. Install metal keel and soundproof board contact surface using the glue can reduce and eliminate structural resonances. It does also can be fixed ground vibration damping rubber and soundproof board on the floor.

Construction  Summary

The basis material for sealing must be clean, dry, no dust, no greasy dirt and moisture. The surface of basis material can be cleaned by the cotton with the  toluene and acetone solvent, then gluing within an hour. Ensure the glue injection fill the seam no gaps, and embellish it before solidification, the glue is unsuited to isolate from the air before it dry. Please don't construct when the temperature is lower than 4℃ or higher than 40℃.

Matters  Needing  Attention

Attention: The glue may lead to the anaphylactic reaction of the eye or skin if contact it directly; excessive exposure to volatile steam may cause eye, nose and throat allergic. The workers have to work in the Ventilated environment, avoid direct contact with the glue and wear the protective gloves.
Transportation  And  Storage The product is Non flammable and explosive material, which can be transported according to the General non-dangerous goods. The product needs to store in the drying, Ventilation and cool place. The storage period is 8 month and the temperature around 26℃.
